Low - Jan Feb Dec Nov   £300

Mid - Mar Apr May Sept £325

High - June July Aug   Oct £350

High - Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

Complimentary use of Solar Pool Heat

Bookings of 5 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50/$75.

Non refundable Deposit is required, with Booking Form, of £100 / $150 per week final balance required 10 weeks before departure.

£100/$200 Returnable Security deposit applies.

All rates are per week and until confirmed are subject to change without notice. Additional nightly rates are pro-rata the weekly rate. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. All rates include Tax.
